Within Product HQ you can navigate to Settings -> Users and view all of the users that have made contact with Product HQ about your product. Additionally, you can add users directly to there if you need to manually add requests on behalf of a user.
The User Setting screen looks like:
The screen is broken down into three main function:
Filters: You can search for a specific user quickly by searching on the users email address
Add New Users: You can click on Add New Users to manually add a user to Product HQ. If a user submits a feedback form, they will be automatically added to Product HQ so you do not need to add your users into the system in advance unless you plan to manually report requests under their name.
When you click on Add New User you are presented the following screen:

User Grid: Within the grid you can see all users that have made contact with your product and submitted requests. You can view the user detail by clicking on the link in the first column for each user.
The User detail will look like the following:
Keep in mind that Users do not have access to your Product HQ account. They only have access to submit feature requests to you and view your public roadmap. Employees can be setup to have access to your Product HQ account.
