As a product manager you need to keep a clear vision for your product on what the future holds and what you want to accomplish for your product in the future. To do this you will want to maintain your roadmap in Product HQ by creating iterations. Each iteration you create you can define the timeframe you hope to accomplish it in and add the projects you plan to accomplish within the iteration.
Within Product HQ, the roadmap management looks like the following:
In your Roadmap you can complete the following:
Filters: You can quickly filter all of your roadmap iterations by searching on texts that is included within your iterations name. By default, the roadmap will show you current or future roadmap items and hide any iterations that have completed. You can view completed iterations by unselecting the checkbox to Exclude Past Iterations and they will appear in the grid below.
Add New Iteration: At any time you can plan out a new iteration for your roadmap by clicking Add New Iteration. The Add New Iteration form looks like the following:
Once you have created the iteration you can then assign the projects to it that you plan to accomplish.
Roadmap Iterations Grid: Within the grid of iterations you can view all of your current and future iterations. If you click on the ID in the first column you can view the iteration detail to see all of the projects that make up the effort. You can also click on the arrow next to the ID to expand the iterations and jump into a project directly from the list screen.
